SCOPE OF WORK
This beautiful home in York Region was already fairly large square foot wise, but it lacked a few elements to fit their ever changing lifestyle. Their children have now grown into teenagers and have taken up the family areas as their own. Our clients decided they wanted their own Oasis off of the master bedroom that included a new sitting area with gas fireplace, 2 new large walk-in closets and an exercise area.
The master ensuite was completely renovated to include a beautiful soaker tub and generous custom shower. Other areas of the home renovation & addition included a new main floor mudroom addition, 2nd floor laundry, 2 bathrooms, new staircase, windows, stone front façade, exterior millwork and more…
The family now had a home that completely fits their lifestyle and we have blended the new addition seamlessly into the existing. You would never know this was not original.
