SCOPE OF WORK
Novacon gutted and renovated our first and second floors, including kitchen and bathroom, in early 2013. Our experience with Pavel, Mike, Andre, and their subcontractors was amazing. Pavel was very collaborative and accommodated our feedback, was considerate of our timeline and budget limitations, and talked us down when we were inevitably stressed during such a large scale project on our home. He and his team are experienced, courteous, friendly, professional. I recommend Novacon unconditionally and would work with them again on any reno in the future.

This was another beautiful character home in Cabbage town that required extensive updating and renovations. The clients had come up with their own plans and ideas on what they wanted the new space to look like and we delivered! Work included gutting of the space down to the studs, load bearing wall removal and more. We maintained the layout to respect the age of the home but brought modern luxuries to the space such as full bathroom remodel, all new hardwood flooring, millwork, staircase and railings.
A new custom kitchen, coffered ceilings and much, much more. We have since this renovation been asked to come back and build them a new garage, façade facelift, landscaping including exterior fireplace to entertain guests. We are just as thrilled with the end result as our clients.
