Custom vs Pre-Built Homes

While buying an existing home may be faster than building a custom home, you’ll forever be living inside someone else’s dream home.  The chances of finding the home you’ve always envisioned living in is slim to none here in Toronto.  Some homes might come close, but you’ll never be able to find the home that fits you and your family perfectly.

Building a custom home allows you the opportunity to create the floorplan that exactly suits your needs.  The bedrooms can be laid out exactly that way you wanted, your bathroom can become an oasis instead of simply a room to, “clean up”.  There’s no need to settle when building a custom home, you have a blank palette and we are here to help you build your dream home.

As far as costs, when taking into consideration the remodeling needed to get a purchased home “closer” to what you want, building a custom home from the ground up is just as time and cost effective as buying and  remodeling an existing home.  The only difference is with a custom home, you’ll get exactly what you want instead of just close to what you want.

As an experienced custom builder of luxury homes in Toronto, we can sit down with you can go over all of the details and costs involved so you can make an informed decision.
