Yes, we are a full service Design-Build contractor, meaning we take you from concept to completion including Architectural Design, Interior design, Structural engineering, building permit acquisition and of course, Construction.

Every project is unique and has it own particular scope of work but typical timelines for an addition are between 4-6 months on average.

The ROI for home additions is quite high when compared to most other renovations because you are adding actual square footage to the home. Depending on the type of addition you build, some actually create an ROI higher than the investment itself. Design plays a big factor in this and should never be overlooked!

This is a very difficult question as it depends on what is underneath the addition and if it(existing space) has to be renovated due to the addition itself. As a rule of thumb though, building up is slightly less than building out due to the initial costs of foundation work and site prep.
