SCOPE OF WORK
Heather and Adam came to us as a referral from a previous client and were a young family who were not happy with the builders finishes and simply wanted to update their home, gut and finish the basement and give the home the luxurious finishes deserves. The work involved included complete remodel of the 600sqtf basement including entertainment built-ins, mudroom for the kids and a new laundry area.
The main floor was completely redone with a new kitchen, living room with built-ins and and ultra luxurious banquette in the dining area that is a showstopper! 3 new bathrooms, all new flooring, stairs/railings, electrical and more. Audio visual components, new gas fireplace and custom furniture made for the space. We love what we do and our clients love their “new” home!
