David came to us as an investor who was looking to update and sell a property he had recently purchased in the Bloor west area.. We underpinned the basement to an 8ft ceiling height and created a legal basement rental unit. Other work included countless custom  interior finishes, a main floor, 2nd and 3rd floor addition.  Their interior design package we offered had all of the bells and whistles/ custom features such as built-in A/V, home automation, 2 kitchens, in floor heating, new fireplace, white oak stairs, 9ft ceilings throughout, ultra high efficiency insulation package, new HVAC ,Plumbing, windows, balcony etc….too many options to list.  We are proud to say that the sold the home within a few days in the mid $2 millions and received great feedback about the quality of the workmanship which is key for a property of this magnitude.
