SCOPE OF WORK
Zach and Jingwen were looking to completely renovate the home from top to bottom. The work included a full gut down to the studs of all 3 floors. Zach being above average height wanted to increase the height in the basement and make it more livable for their soon to be family. The basement was underpinned to a clear height of 8 feet, new bathroom, laundry and family room were also part of the basement renovation. The rest of the home was beautifully finished from the new open riser stairs with slat wall feature, flooring, kitchen, built-ins, new windows hall bathroom to the new master with luxurious ensuite. The home and its finishes were beautifully designed and came together exceptionally well. We were happy to hear that a few months later the couple welcomed their first baby to the family, and just in time to enjoy this new home.
